Our two state-of-the-art studios provide the perfect space for Yoga, Pilates, Barre, and more — from prenatal to kids' classes, we ensure a welcoming environment for all ages and fitness levels. YOGA

Vinyasa Yoga: A dynamic and flowing practice that links breath with movement. Expect a series of poses performed in a smooth, continuous sequence to build strength, flexibility, and focus.

Chair Yoga: A gentle, accessible practice designed for all levels, especially those with mobility challenges. It utilizes a chair for support, making it perfect for those seeking to improve flexibility and balance in a seated position.

Restorative Yoga: A calming practice focused on deep relaxation and stress relief. Poses are held for longer periods with the support of props, allowing the body to fully relax and rejuvenate.

Yin Yoga: A slow-paced practice that targets the deep connective tissues and joints. Poses are held for extended periods to promote flexibility, release tension, and cultivate mindfulness.

PILATES

Mat Pilates: A core-focused workout using just your body and a mat. This class improves strength, flexibility, and posture by targeting the muscles of the abdomen, lower back, hips, and thighs through controlled, precise movements.

Reformer Pilates: A more dynamic Pilates class using the reformer machine to provide resistance and support. This class enhances core strength, flexibility, and overall body alignment while offering a deeper challenge through spring-loaded resistance.

BARRE

Barre : A full-body workout that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training. Using a barre for support, this class targets key muscle groups with low-impact, high-intensity moves to build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance posture.
