Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Ascend Collective Studio, we value our instructors’ time and work hard to maintain a consistent, high-quality class schedule for our community. To support this, all classes must be canceled at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Late Cancellations: Classes canceled within 12 hours of the start time will be charged 100% of the class fee. No-Shows: If you do not attend a scheduled class and do not cancel in advance, you will be charged 100% of the class fee. This policy allows us to: Keep classes on the schedule Fairly compensate our instructors Offer waitlisted clients the opportunity to attend We appreciate your understanding and respect for our instructors and fellow members.
