Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled class or booking. Late cancellations (within 12 hours) and no-shows will incur a $15 fee. This policy is in place to ensure we can fairly compensate our instructors for their time, preparation, and dedication to their classes. Fees will be automatically charged to the payment method on file. Ascend Collective Studio reserves the right to modify or waive fees at its discretion in extenuating circumstances.
